Hi guys, wasnt sure whether to post here or in music, still.

Is there a legal site which allows the downloading of FLAC audio files?

Is iTunes store lossless?? Although ideally I would like it free fo DRM.

I've not found anywhere that does legal FLAC downloads. It would be nice. Though in all fairness I can't see the demand for it by the masses. It would only be those that have the equipment to notice the differences.

I have a FLAC collection, not huge but around 13GB of songs and not all of them I notice any difference. A good quality MP3 rip above 256Kb/s is sometimes fine.

The iTunes store isn't lossless, in fact it provides a pretty mediocre bitrate if I remember correctly.

Considering that FLAC is ripped right off the disk, it tends to be a more homebrew kind of way of storing audio. As a result, I think it would be pretty hard to find legal FLAC downloads.
