flash 9 problem

Hi, I keep seeing "Download flash player please to view this page." over flash movies in i.e 6.
I have followed the link and installed and manually installed a number of times but it keeps coming up.
any idea how to fix?

I had this problem also with IE7, only way i fould to fix it, was to go to Adobe and download the flash uninstaller tool and then try a reinstall, it has worked for me a few times, but not a definate fix...
