Flash conveter

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me a GOOD, FREE and SPYWARE/VIRUS FREE flash video converter than will convert .flv videos into something like .avi or .wmv

Theres lots on google but I don't know if they are all of the requirements above and it makes a change to the daily AV/Firewall threads

I can't recommend Super highly enough. I use it for a lot of my conversions for streams and DVD to Flv. It covers every possible conversion I'm likely to need
