Flash CS3 AS3 Script required urgently for Flash project

Hi guys, hope you can help,

I am currently creating a flash game for a project at university but my scripting skills are very poor.

I need some script within a action keyframe on the time line which creates and displays a clock to countdown from 3 minutes to zero that then goes to a game over screen.

Ive tried myself but im a noob at AS3, can anyone create me some code so I can paste it into directly into the actions layer in my frame.

I would be very grateful.

Just had to do this myself and ended up following this tutorial (was the first result in google btw).

YOu'll obv have to remove the days and hours variables, but all the code is there for you.

Here's a simpler version too, that relates to a game.
