I can remember playing it - Simple game, though there's a few variations I'm sure. Tried googling but to no avail.
There's a bunch of circles on the screen that act as nodes. You and the computer start with 1 node which slowly builds resources, and you can move resources around to different nodes to generate more, or attack the computers nodes if you have more resources available. Eliminate all computer nodes wins the game.
Just had a conversation about this type of game and really struggling to find one. Annoying me now

The game looks kind of like that, but without all the small black circles without resources.
