Flash (i think) enlarging images?

Not sure if it is flash but i want to use the same technique to enlarge images. Exact example of what i want it to do is below. (click the picture on the right to see what i mean)

Same effect where the edges go semi-transparent so you can still see the rest of the site, and a close button.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah its a trials bike lol, i have the same one, almost exact but i have the white version of that frame

Hah, memories of high school and people taking seats off their mountain bikes... lame... there was only one person who actually had a proper trials bike.
