Flash Memory Format (secure)

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the direction of some software that can perform a secure format on an XD memory card? I have a camera I am going to sell, and want to make sure the memory cards are totally wiped.

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't seem to want to work. Moans about permissions, I will try it on an XP machine.
