I'm looking to replace the current Flash ticker on http://routehiker.escouts.net.
I tried myself in Flash, but failed miserably (not my strong area).
I'm basically looking for someone to create a simple Flash ticker for me.
Requirements:
* Fades each item in and then out again
* Reads items from an external file (http://routehiker.escouts.net/includes/ticker2.php)
* Works through a list of 30 items, which are all seperate variables in the external file, and then loops.
Aesthetics aren't important, I just need a working copy
