Flash Player 10 & Firefox Crashing?

Over the last two days, whenever I start watching videos on Firefox, the browser crashes immediately. For example, when watching BBC iPlayer, the video appears then two seconds later, Firefox will shut down and the 'Send error to Mozilla' will appear. Likewise for Youtube etc.

I've uninstalled Adobe Flash Player 10, and reinstalled it from fresh, and the problem still exists. I've also done the same for Adobe Shockwave Player.

Anyone have any ideas?

Haven't got any other firefox plugins which could be messing with flash stuff have you? DownloadHelper or anything?

Have you tried starting Firefox in safe mode? If so, does the same thing happen?

got to be a plugin, you got anything designed to block flash installed (adblock is fine - I'm running it) although I will say that flash is the biggest pita I have to deal with on the net, it can randomly crash mine too but not as often as you're saying.

I've got no other additional plugins, apart from video player plugins e.g. real/media player/veoh plugins.

I had another attempt at reinstalling flash player 10, and the problem seems to have been resolved, for now. However it did crash several times yesterday, however not as often as the other day, so for now it will be bearable.

Cheers for the help guys, ill let you know if the problem comes back again.
