Flash Player 10 problem

Hi,

I'm getting this message:

"A script in this movie is causing Flash Player 10 to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?" Yes/No.

Any idea what this is and how to resolve it please?

I pressed yes, but had recently started to watch a pron stream lol!! (So I knew what was causing the error message).

Have you noticed your browser become sluggish?
