Flash player causing Safari crash

I've been having problems since the last Flash update to v13 recently. Youtube just says Plug-In failure while for some reason Amazon.co.uk crashes Safari completely. Any ideas? Tried the usual uninstall and re-install to no avail

Bit of an update: Amazon is working today so that must have been an issue at their end as no software updates applied my end. Still can't watch youtube though
