Flash Player not working all of a sudden on windows 10

I installed Windows 10 on four pc's (one of them being a laptop) and the laptop won't play itv player as it says it needs to upgrade the flash player.
It has been working before on the laptop and it works on all the other pc's.
It has just suddenly stopped.
Can anyone shed any light on this problem for me please?

There are no updates as this is the latest version

Try performing a browser reset.

Thanks, I solved the problem by doing a fresh install instead of the upgrade
