Flash Poweredge BIOS, no floppy

I'm sure I've done this before but cant for the life of me remember what I did!

I need to flash the BIOS on a poweredge 840 server with no floppy.

Any ideas?

Thing is, the download from Dell is an EXE that wants to prep a floppy

The one I linked you to isn't, its a windows installer and copies it to a temp location then asks you to reboot and then does the update on the next reboot
