Flash Video corrupted for anyone else?

Every site that I visit the Flash video's are corrupt (see screengrab)



I've removed flash for Opera / IE and re-installed, cleared the cache and reset the Flash settings /cache. None of the above makes any difference. Sadly its no every video but does seem to affect YouTube the most.

I thought this might just be a home PC thing, but my works laptop has started doing the same as well.

any suggestions?

I had this issue on my laptop (nvidia 555m) after upgrading flash to the latest version.

The workaround for me was turning off "hardware acceleration" for flash.
The overall fix for me however though was upgrading my drivers of my graphics card

Just to say for anyone else that gets this issue, updating to the latest NVIDIA drivers has cured this for me
