I've got a problem with flash videos where they stop for about a second before continuing - the video stops, but the audio continues. So if you had your eyes closed, you would be none the wiser until you opened them again.
I first noticed it on iPlayer, then Youtube and 4oD. Sometimes it'll stop and start 5-6 times in one minute, other times it'll play quite happily and suddenly stop.
I use Firefox and have tried reinstalling it with no add-ons or anything changed, just default. But I still have the same issue. I have also tried reinstalling Flash with no joy. I have done a clean reinstallation of my video drivers, also with no joy.
A quick search on Google reveals that I might not be the only Firefox user experiencign this issue: Flash player stutters for 1 second then continues normally, Flash videos (like youtube) do not play right / stuttering and so on.
I am using Windows 7 64-bit. I have an Asus Z97 Pro gamer motherboard with an i5 4570, 16gb DDR3 and a GTX 660.
I hope somebody can help and this is really frustrating!
