Flash won't install 10.7.5 only a single instance of this application can run

Hi guys I have a problem with the Macbook pro 10.7.5, I made a school boy error & deleted flash not the proper uninstall way, now when I try & install the new flash version I'm seeing the error (only a single instance of this application can run) I have tried the uninstall program but nothing happens when you click uninstall, help much appreciated thanks

Close your browser.

shift + cmd + g for finder.

Type /Library/Internet Plugins

Remove everything flash related and try again. Let us know how that goes.

hi OhEsEcks thanks for your help, I've deleted flash from the internet plug-ins folder & anything else flash related i could find in the library but still no go same error, thanks

Did you take that picture with your phone?

Next time use grab for the mac.
