Well, I've managed to find MSI unlock so I can use MSI Afterburner at voltages of about 1.4v+ (I'll settle for 1.4v like)
My cards are watercooled, so I'm hoping using 1.4v I can do 1200MHZ on the core.

However, is there any BIOS's that can be used on reference PCB's that haven't got a CCC cap at 1000MHZ?

I'm not going to enable that MSI unofficial, I want to just have an unlocked BIOS.
