Im having a few problems flashing the BIOS on my new setup..
ive installed windows and all the chipset drivers that came on my disc, and ive downloaded the ms dos batch file from the manufacturer that if I click on my laptop runs a little program called mem flasher..
now obviously it doesnt work on my laptop cos its not for it, but if I try and run the batch file in windows on my new setup the command prompt loads but nothing happens.. am I spose to do something else?
is there an alternative way? I dont have a floppy drive but could I put something on CD and boot from it? whats the process of doing so, if someone could guide me through it id be very greatful, never done this before.
