Flashing Cursor Everywhere in Chrome

Hey all,

Recently, for some reason, everywhere I click on a website where there is text near by, the flashing cursor shows as if I can type text in?

Hope that makes sense Basically, any text on any website - If I left click next to it, the flashing | cursor shows next to the end of the text.

Anyone know why? I feel like there's a simple solution for this, but can't find it

There's an options called "Navigate pages with a text cursor" in Accessibility settings, you'll need to disable this option.

Chrome Settings --> Advanced --> Accessibility. also i believe you can press F7 too
