flashing gigabyte bios

so downloaded the file and extracted it, do i just copy the single file onto a usb as the wording seems to suggest i need the efi file as well

Save all that onto a USB stick > Go into BIOS > Then just choose the F23 file

BIOS will do the rest, not on a Giga board now, but its very easy and clear

thanks i tried that and all that was found was the efi folder and boot, i will download again and try, reason for asking was msi bios files had to be renamed when you flashed. Thanks
