Flashing green quadrant on 360

Hey guys, just turned my 360 on and the top left hand quadrant is flashing constantly green, it's the corner that tells you when controller 1 is connected. It's just flashing green, sort of like it flashes on the controller when you get a message, but this is on the console and it hasn't stopped flashing since I've turned it on. I tried re-synchronising the controller with the console and the controller works fine but the console is still flashing green.

Any ideas? I'm not worried I'm guessing that just turning it off and back on will probably fix the flashing light but has anyone experienced it before?

Normally does that when its looking for the controller but strange if your controller works.
