Flashing onboard LED on M2N32 Dlx with new PSU???

Trying to install a new PSU and it won't power on! The onload LED just flashes where it should be constantly on when the PSU is turned on.

Can anyone HELP ASAP???

Have you made sure all the connections are properly connected to the motherboard?.
Is there a manual with the mobo(edit) that tells you what the flash means?
What psu is it?.
Also try clearing the cmos..

Cheers! Yeah everything was connected properly, I cleared the CMOS and it started to work.

Phew.....let the SLI begin
