I just bought a Saphire rx 480, I'm getting flashing white pixels on a black desktop background on the second hdmi port but not the first port, any ideas what the problem might be?
 
I'm really at a loss as what to do here, considering packing it up and sending it back to OC, someone must know what's going on here, is the hdmi port possibly faulty?
 
I fixed it, had to go into Radeon settings > preferences > Radeon additional settings > Pixel format and change it from RGB 444 pixel format pc standard (full RGB) to RGB 444 pixel format studion (limited RGB) on my Samsung lcd TV
