Flashing pixels

Ever since i upgraded to this pc with the radeon hd 4890: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-069-OE

I get flashing red pixels i cant understand why i didnt have them with old pc ???

My monitor is samsung 19inch syncmaster 940bw

All fully up to date I even get pixels with out drivers installed!!!! faulty gfx card??

Loose connection? Try uninstalling and redownloading the drivers.

it was cable just used dads cable and one of the pixels taht first shows when i start comp up dissapears and then comes back with mine.

My mum took apart my pc one day to clean it for some reason she probably yanked it out with out unscrewing pins!!!

wow can u actually get pixelation rendering problems if cable is loose. Thought it would just not show anything. guess shows what i know.
