Flashing the Bios

Hey guys, recived the last bits of my new system today, built it all up and everything is ok, minus a few problems but im not to worried about them yet.

Anyway the thing im having a problem is, is updating the BIOS. (ASUS P5B Deluxe)

Not sure which Version to get, can someone help me out please?

I think it's this one, but I haven't tried yet. I've got it downloaded but completely forgot to do it. Will give it a try when I get home.

EDIT: Hrm, though doing a bit of reading, it seems couple of people don't think too much of version 1101. So might be worth trying this one:

EDIT2: Ermm... Though just looking at the ones they have it looks like you can't roll back from 1004. The one prior to that looks to be this one:

Perhaps someone who has done it already could weigh in.

Well, I went ahead and tried 0910 and it seems to be working fine. Still wondering what the best version is though.
