Flat conversion and stats

Converting a 4 story town house into 6 dwellings and need to arrange the single incoming services to be split and metered independantly.

Any tips or advice?

Electrcity want to know a load required in kVA for each flat (one bed gch)

Thanks, I've started with UKPN for the electrics and applied for a quote for 15kVA for each apartment plus a landlords supply.

The head looks interesting I'll have a read ta
