Flat out 2 and launch icon on vista

When I click it to run it from the desktop it come up with open file security warning the same one as you get when you try and run something that you have downloaded. I can just press run and play it but is there any way for it not too ask me each time if you know of this problem.

Have you had this problem because it has not soved it for me.

I mean it asks me this each time:

And it does not matter if you have the tick in the box or not (always ask before opening this file)

Is your Flat out 2 in the games folder^^^
