Hi folks,
Heres a summary of what happened:
* I won an auction for £0.99 + P&P and paid the total
* Seller refunds me and says they made a mistake with starting price and they'll lose money on the sale, etc.
* I left negative feedback and seller messages me saying that I was being harsh and asks me (without being threatening) to remove/change the feedback
Notes:
* Seller registered in 2004 and has over 1,000 positive feedback
* Seller is selling same item at auction for £9.99
I think I was fair as if I was in the sellers position, I would've taken the hit as it was only a one off. Also, the seller has been on there for a long time and is currently actively selling.
So.. harsh or fair?
