flext 35 25% discount not showing up on online billing. is this the norm?

As per title really, got a contract in store today on flext 35 with the 25% line rental discount. Signed in on the t-mobile website and it shows my line rental as being £35?!

Is this the norm and the discount is applied on the bill, or has someone messed up at the store and i need to ring up and have a shout? :confused:
 
when i tryed to sign in and add a account it said the details were wrong and they would send a pin

I can see my call allowance but nothing else.

I'm an existing customer, so for some reason he had to ring up and set the contract up manually. I'll give them a ring now...
 
hmm, apprently it doesnt show up until the first bill has been sent?

can anyone confirm if this is correct or are they just trying to fob me off?

may pop into the store and get it in writing from them. all well and good when they want to make the sale. try ringing the branch and no answer!
