I fitted my new Graphic's card today - A AMD HD7790 OC -- Fired up first time and was fine - Only thing for me was page on screen was a bit small so changed screen resolution from 1920x1080 to 1600x900 which suited me fine - Homepage filled screen and text was easy readable -- Then I noticed this "Flicker" or Refresh" - just a instant on screen and it did that regularly -- Took everything out and put it back making sure there were no loose cable's- clips etc but still same on 1600x900 -- Just put screen resolution back to "recommended" 1920x1080 and it's fine again.
Also turned off cards Turbo boost.
Monitor is iiyama E2473HS
So is this normal ?
