Flickering

I have a HD4850, had this problem before i reinstalled windows 7.

Whenever im in 2d, certain colours on the background show up scan lines, like flickering light bars all horizontal and going down the screen, they slightly change the colour, thats what makes them visible. Other times, the background is a colour where they dont show up, but i still reckon they are there. 3D games they get worse, especially CS:S. Ive tried vsync and a couple other things, cant for the life of me work it out.

Could be a driver problem, with the Cat 9.10's, I have found in some cases disabling Adaptive AA solved that type of problem until a driver fix.

I had it on older drivers too, i think, let me try that.

Adaptive AA isnt enabled.
