Flickr on uploading graphics

I'd like a bit of clarification on Flickr's rules.

• Don’t use your account to host web graphics like logos and banners.
  Your account will be terminated if we find you using it to host graphic elements of web page designs, icons, smilies, buddy icons, forum avatars, badges, and other non-photographic elements on external web sites.
• Don’t use Flickr for commercial purposes.
  Flickr is for personal use only. If we find you selling products, services, or yourself through your photostream, we will terminate your account. Any other commercial use of Flickr, Flickr technologies (including APIs, FlickrMail, etc), or Flickr accounts must be approved by Flickr. So questions:

• Can I upload graphics (such as my logos and web site screenshots) to Flickr?
• Can I display them on my portfolio web site which is used to promote my graphics & web design services?

You can only use flickr for photos, not logos and the like. So, no to both questions.

I use the Flickr Uploader utility and it has a category for "Screenshot/Screencast" so they should not have a problem with screenshots. Logos are probably not allowed going by the rules you quoted though.
