Flight change charges

Does anyone know what BA and Virgin charge for changing a flight on the basic ticket for international legs?

I know BA used to be 75 pounds or so but I can't seem to find it now on their website and can't get through to them on the phone. Wondering if anyone has done one recently or knows about it etc.

when i changed just prior to a flight on the way home from the US BA charged me $175.
