FlyBe online check in is 36hrs in advance. You can pick your seats ahead of that but it's £6 per seat per sector and your choice will be very limited anyway - the planes are small and trim sensitive so you can't just pick any seat.I'm flying with air france, I booked them through euro disney, and they arrived as an e-mail with a link to Flybe and there is a check-in button, it keeps telling me it is too soon, there's three weeks to go, so I wondered if it was within a week or two or 30 hours or whatever.
