I thought I would show these pics of a Pacific-Island hop in FS9. FSX won't run at a decent framerate on my system *sobs* But FS9s still got lots of life left if you ask me..
Is that rain in picture 2? Looks like the sea is travelling upwards towards the wing or something

Really is that easy just to get flying and enjoying the scenery. I've been playing Flight Sim X recently and it supports the 360 wired pad which works surprisingly well with it. Just plug it in, install the drivers and off you go, Flight Sim detects it and sets it up automatically. I've also got the Microsoft FF joystick which is awesome when I can be bothered to set it up
