Flight Sim Rig £1000-£1500

Just been commissioned to build a new rig for my neighbour with a budget of around £1000 plus another ~£500 for peripherals.
This will be mainly used for Fligh sim X and a few more flight sim games. I guess his son will also use it for gaming aswell.

I don't play flight sims at all and assume this spec will cope very well with the software and the various mods people use.


Anything missing or i can squeeze in for extra performance?
I'm also totally lost on what he needs in the way of Sim peripherals - he has a Joystick and throttle, but i guess he needs some ruder pedals at least.
