flight sim x enable vsync?

hi all,how do i enable vsync in fsx.i use a 5870 windows 7,10.5drivers.when i use virtual cockpit view and move around all the screen tears.running 1900x1200 no aa.thanks

I to have these problems (with DCS and flaming cliffs 2.0)

Get D3Doverrider , config it to force v-sync on for this app , job done
