I was wondering if anyone has bought this yet? (I know it's close to Christmas so it could be hiding away :D)

It's just £50 is a lot of money for one game. I'm downloading the demo at the moment and hope that it doesn't own my 7600GT too much.

It's just the multiplayer looks too damn good to resist! :D

Anyone have this yet then?

I'm sure I saw the delux ed. for 36 somewhere...Just search around for good prices.

Cool. :D

Are there any differences between the deluxe and the standard? I didn't know there was more than one version until today.

Thanks.

Off the top of my head, deluxe has a few more planes and about 10 more missions. :)

(It will most likely run like a dog, but it doesn't need huge frame rates.)

Heh, did some research and it includes 'a bit' more than that:

With the Deluxe you will get 6 original Aircrafts more, 20 more missions, 5 more high detailed air ports, 10 more high-detailed cities, and tjhe Tower Controller Option.

TBH a 7600GT will be fine really, my X1900XTX is barely used outside.

Hugly CPU limiting, even with a 3.6ghz Conroe :(

I can have max everything just with med buildings and no Autogen :/

Hmmm... Well for now I think I'll grit my teeth and run it as low as possible. My 3800x2 can be clocked to 2.8GHz without breaking a sweat. But I haven't been arsed to clock it yet since my new motherboard. Do you think it'd be worth doing so soley for this game? (Downloading the demo as we speak).

Yes, get every Mhz out of it.

I can vouch for what conc says, most cpu limited game i have ever played, you would need a 6-8ghz conroe to make it go smooth on high settings.
Gpu seems to make almost no difference (7600gt,x1900xtx,8800gtx)
