The reason I asked was firstly I have all Mikrotik gear but without the usb connectivity, and I also came from OpenWrt, strange but true. I don't use heavy containers just an rpi4 8GB version which suits me well. But I want to put it all together in one box and future proof a little. Now I could give another angle that all High Speed fibre has stalled around here and I only have the option of 2Gbps Cable when they decide to do so. So looking at it again, I might as well wait and see what the RB5009 refresh looks like as I don't need Matter/Thread support or WiFi7 yet. The storage would be nice though and 6Ghz to get away slightly from the clutter around us.
