Arrived earlier than attended so didn't get the perfect sunset light i was after (serves me right for picking the longest day in the year!) Also for some reason the first photo will not compress properly when resizing, so its got some jaggies...very odd.

Cheers for looking!

Nice shots, seems like you've brought the images alive with some good post processing (i'm learning from divine_madness :p ). I've tried this on a few shots in the last 30mins or so, and it's not as easy as it looks, good work. The lighting looks great, and is so clear in the reflections on the water.

Thanks for commenting. Most of my work is heavily processed, but most of these are almost straight from camera. 2, 3, 4, 5 have only been sharpened and levels changed. No.1 i decided not to use HDR, so getting the reflection to be more prominent was rather tricky. No.6 took me a while to process it how i wanted. Im pleased with the amount of detail that has come out on the walls and love the colours. :)

Im finding some of your angles a bit too whacky tbh mate. My eye is almost fighting against the angle to appreciate the picture. Their certainly not bad, but I think you've taken better ones in the past. Number 6 hold the most potential for me, but id like to see more of where the alley way goes.

I agree. The angles are a bit odd, especially with #4. The first shot is the best, but I think it's slightly too dark and it has the feel that you've cut off too much on the right as there's a gap on the left and the image just stops on the right. I'm assuming that you were trying to keep the reflection in the image, but taking a few steps to the left might have helped.

I love them very moody.
I can just imagine top gear going something alike, and their shooting / setting is known as being generally tiptop :)
