flip 3d - windows key + tab doesn't work

as title really, in vista i can't use flip 3d by pressing widows key + tab, i can click the little icon on the task bar to use it but i'd like to get it working on the keyboard since i just find it a whole load more convenient.

I'm using windows vista ultimate 32-bit.

this happened to me when i installed x64 i didnt have my graphics drivers installed when vista did its performance test so it disables aero. You just have to re enable it once drivers installed. Easiest way is to just run the performance tests again once the graphics drivers are installed.
