Hi i ahve a 7 " lcd monitor that i want to try and use as a HUD display in my car computer , is there anyway i can flip the image in pc software so it displays the right way up on the windscreen?
Yep. What's the graphics chipset? If it's Intel I think it's as simple as holding ALT (or maybe CTRL+ALT) and pressing a cursor key. For nVidia and ATi it's easily found in the display settings.
