I had a similar experience, using a System.cfg config file, think it was mrk's from the Crysis thread but not sure. Just fell through the floor after picking up computer in a building on the 2nd level. Also happened without using a custom file.

Also had occurrences where half a tree or something would be left floating after it's been shot down or roof of a hut after it's supports had been knocked down.

Edit: I have a picture of a floating tree top,

The number of bugs in Crysis.. is ridiculous TBH..

Floating trees, and broekn physics is the most common.. I even got ran over by a barrel rolling slowly down a hil lthe other day as i tried to sneak up on an enemy proned.

Also seem to die a lot getting wedged in rocks and cliffs when trying to climb them.

Heh had the same thing lol, also was having problems with this one bit kept dying about the third respawn all the enemies were just floating with their arms open eyes closed and mouth open just like they did sometimes on the old Goldeneye lol :p ease for me to get past but still abit crap.

I picked up a frog (well I could so I did) put it down and it just stayed at the same height (floating) it was on the tremors level and I thought it was part of the game! I expected a no mavity level and was gutted half an hour later when I still couldn't fly!

Its terribly coded, for the all resources it takes to run it and the hype they made about the graphics, I would have at least thought that they could have ironed this sort of stuff out.

I stuck a pack of C4 on a car and it was just floating above it while I was driving....

Another title where they concentrated on how it looks instead of how it plays.

I have had three times that I was driving and drove over a pebble but it lauched the car on it's side.
Also a few times where the A.I. was just standing around doing nothing or staying in the toilet shooting at the walls.

yesterday I shot a guy, and somehow the corpse started breakdancing.

I am not exagerating, his legs were spinning 180degrees, and his hands toching the floor. next time I will frap it.

Yeah, I had a similar thing happen, I killed a guy and his body fell on some wood on the floor and he kept on moving.

Gotta love crappy physics engines. tbh a lot of these things happened in halflife 2 games until they ironed out some bugs with patches. Just remains to be seen if crytek does the same. They got quite a few bugs fixed with farcry so hopefully (unless EA has corrupted them) they will with Crysis too.

When I jumped off a cliff in the ocean I could actually swim through the cliff face lol

This is the first bit near the school village
