Going to sell my Corsa C 1.7DTi this weekend, wondering what to do prior to sale....
Since buying my Volvo it's sat SORN outside my house, I've started and ran it up to full operating temperature and rolled it forward and backwards each week to keep everything from seizing up,it's pretty clean condition and appearance wise.
Thing is it's an 02 plate with 150k on the clock, therefore I'm expecting not much for it and am wondering if I should bother giving it the clay bar, polish and trim dressing treatment this weekend? It does clean up very well but realistically will it be worth my time and effort on my weekend off to do it?
Next question, it's by far the highest mileage listed on Autotrader in my area (150k) of similar age and model examples but has had three owners (myself included) and has a full service history all bar the last service done and documented at Vauxhall dealers, whilst its hateful (it's a Corsa diesel!) to be fair it drives well, seems to use no oil, is great on fuel and its condition belies its age and miles, what to ask for it?
Another issue though given its SORN, any prospective buyers can't road test it.....
Really cba with it to be honest, I hate dealing with car buyers in general, but, the Volvo is a keeper therefore "the Beast" as I call it must go!
