Floor plan for house by postcode

LOL, no, moving house and been offered a property that we went to look at (but couldn't get inside) and would like the dimensions of the rooms as its a bit smaller than expected and want to know what furniture I can take/get rid of.
 
Good idea, checked and there are a few, but none with any attached documents, worth a shot though, thanks
 
anyone know any simple floor pan software where I can make my own floor plans from measurements and then I can see what furniture I can fit in?
