I ordered a sound card, the Asus Xonar DX 7.1 PCI-Express Sound Card and it required a floppy power connector, which my PSU do not have.

In this thread someone was told to get a molex (4 pin) to floppy power adapter.

However, I cannot see these on overclockers, nor on any other hardware retailer. Is it safe to get and use a £1.30 one from ebay?

Thank you.

Which PSU do you have?

I've seen a couple mentioned in your "Is this spec OK?" thread and both seem to have floppy drive power connectors.

I have the OCZ ZS 650W. All in all it's a good power supply, but the box say noting about a floppy connector and reviews on the internet say it do not either :(

It doesn't have one.

You ended up buying neither of the PSUs referred to in your thread.

That is correct.

The OCZ went on offer and was considerably cheaper than the other power supply's at that time. As I have had noting but good experience with the brand in the past, I bought it. I would have got the Corsair over the OCZ if they where the same price, but the price influenced my decision to get the OCZ.
