Fluid cooling without a pump?

Could you fluid-cool a CPU without a pump, simply relying on convection? I appreciate water might not be the fluid of choice here.

It's called an air cooler with heatpipes.

Heard of some clever stuff with bitcoin servers or asic devices and special chemicals that basically cool purely with liquid on the circuits evaporating and cooling again. I guess its like heatpipes without containment but for the whole machine

3M might list such processes, its more for servers and sold to companies not people. Case is not for opening at that point
