Hi all. So finally decided on my new tv, the Samsung QN90A 65". Won't be delivered for another month and it's for my new house so I've plenty of time to plan this. Ps, any electrical work (eg fitting the socket) will be done by a qualified electrician pal of mine.

So I want a flush wall mount, flat ideally. But unsure if I can then have a double plug behind it. A couple of mounts I found with decent reviews are the one for all WM4811 flat to wall and the AVF superior mount.

Is there any advice, recommendations or suggestions to make this work? And also, how have people hidden a running HDMI lead to sky boxes and such like? It would be mounted on a brick wall in a mid terrace for reference.

I don't thinik you want a "flush" socket, you want a "recessed" one - so that the plug itself is lower than the wall.

Something like this https://www.sync-box.com/product-category/tv/, but presumably for much less money - cause that's super expensive :D

I'm personally thinking about this for my cinema room but, because I'm building the walls, I'm just building a recessed section in the wall to take a normal socket.

EDIT: Oh oh, floor socket - I was planning on putting one under the seating - much better value (half the price, 4 tiems the number of sockets) https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sockets-Co...ywords=floor+socket+box&qid=1637229161&sr=8-5
