Anyone ever had this. After a cold boot, after a few mins a fluttering sound starts that lasts for a number of minutes before eventually disappearing again. Only noticed this after I move my PC to a different home. Kinda sounds like a moth or tiny bird for example trying to take off but failing. So it flutters for a few seconds then goes quiet for a few seconds, then flutters for a same length of time then goes going for a few seconds. The pattern is completely consistent.
I've had a look inside as I thought it was maybe a cable or a label on a cable being drawn into a fan propeler repeatedly.
Any ideas?
