FLV files into Powerpoint.

Dont know if this should be in here if not mods please move.

Right i have been given a powerpoint and 3 FLV movie files to go in there.
As far as i can see FLV files are not compatable with powerpoint.
Any ideas how i can get around this?

I needed to do the same thing for a presentation a few months ago, I ended up encoding them as .avi's, and putting them like that.

Someone else may have a better solution though.
